Four jobs it is good at.
Each guide has the prompt to paste, what the agent will do step by step, the tools involved and what to check afterwards. No invented benchmarks and no two-tab demos.
Let Claude Code use the browser you are signed into
Your agent plans, HailBrowser does the clicking in your real tabs. One config block, no second profile.
read_pageclicktyperun_task A cited report from pages that need your session
Ask a question. Sources open in background tabs of your browser, and every claim gets a number.
navigateget_page_textresearch A job that runs before you sit down
Daily, weekdays or every few hours. It works in a background tab and sends a notification with the result.
Scheduletasksnotifications Fill the form without a text model
Give the values once. The decision model picks the field and the value, one request per step.
run_tasktypeselect_option A good first job
Start where a mistake is cheap.
The first run should be something you would not mind doing twice. A search, a price check, a page you need summarised. Save the payment form for after you have watched it work.
- Name the site or the tab
- “On the open tab” or a URL removes the guesswork about where to start.
- Give the values, not the steps
- “From Zurich, to London, 20 September, one adult” is better than “click the first field, type Zurich”.
- Say what a good result looks like
- “Tell me the total and whether annual billing is cheaper” gives the run something to verify.
Want the mechanics?
The tools behind every guide are documented, with parameters and failure behaviour, in the MCP reference. The modes guide explains when to use Fast instead of Chat.
